How do you create a booking?

With the help of the booking form displayed on our website www.taxi-austria.at you can make your booking online. By navigating on the website www.taxi-austria.at you can also see our vehicle types. As soon as you make a booking request, you will receive a link within a very short time. This link will then accompany you through all booking levels.

What lead times do you need for a booking?

In the case of a last-minute booking, it depends on the availability of the vehicle. If the desired vehicle is available, a booking can be made. For short distances in the Graz area, a lead time of approx. one to two hours is sufficient. For transfers with mini van, minibus or chauffeur service, we recommend booking the order at least two days in advance. However, short-term bookings are also possible, depending on the availability of the vehicles.

Which vehicle types can you choose?

You can select the following vehicle types at Taxi-Austria.at:

Standard Cars: Full Hybrid Vehicles (Toyota)

Premium Car Limousines: Mercedes E Class

Minibus: Mercedes Vito

Premium Mini VAN: Mercedes V Class

How can you find the driver of the transfer vehicle?

If you wish, you will receive the contact details of the driver shortly before the start of the journey. The chauffeur or driver will be waiting with a name sign/pick-up sign in the airport arrivals hall or in the train arrivals hall, if requested by you. Otherwise, a special agreement will be made at the time of booking.

How long does my airport transfer or city transfer take?

A standard driving time on normal days is assumed. 

However, each journey also depends on road traffic conditions, such as roadworks, diversions or peak travel seasons.

What happens if your flight or train is delayed?

Charter flights and scheduled flights are monitored via a live flight tracker. Our chauffeur will be informed of your flight details and will be waiting for you as agreed.

Is the waiting time charged in the event of a flight delay?

No, the waiting time will not be charged.

How do you know if your booking has been confirmed?

If you make an inquiry via our contact form, you will receive a confirmation email after checking our available trips. Then your ride is confirmed!

Can you smoke while driving?

No, smoking is prohibited while driving.

Who is the contact at Taxi-Austria.at for general questions?

How can you book a child seat or seat shell for a child?

Simply state any additional requests for the transfer in the additional field when making the booking request!

How much luggage can you take with you? How much luggage does it fit?

If you need space for more luggage, we also offer a trailer.

Enter your luggage requirements in the additional field provided when making the booking request! Depending on the possibility, we will be happy to accommodate your wishes.

Can you compare Taxi-Austria.at's chauffeur service with UBER or other platforms?

No, you can't compare that. UBER is a foreign agency platform and with us you book directly with the taxi company Taxi-Austria.at.

Through personal contact with our drivers, we can guarantee a unique safety standard and many advantages.

Payment

How do you pay for your transfer service?

In the booking program you choose whether you want to pay the amount by credit card, bank transfer or
want to make a cash payment directly to the driver.

 

Is it possible to book without a credit card?

You have the option to click cash payment or bank transfer when booking.

Is the fare calculated per person or per vehicle?

The transfer price is always calculated per vehicle and not per person and the vehicle type is determined by the number of passengers.

What is included in the price?

The price includes one way (from the place of departure to the place of destination). The return fare includes the location of the departure address to the destination.

Is a tip included in the Taxi-Austria.at transfer price?

Tipping is not included in the fare. It is the passenger's responsibility to tip.

What do you have to do if you need a company invoice for the trip?

When booking, a field is provided for entering all relevant data according to the Accounting Act. In the case of immediate payment (credit card, Paypal, etc.), the invoice will be sent electronically after the booking has been completed. If you pay the driver, the invoice will be handed over by the driver.

Why is your credit card being declined?

There are two possibilities why your credit card was declined:
1. The credit card expiry date is before the time of booking
2. The credit card limit has been reached

How high are the cancellation costs at Taxi-Austria.at?

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before departure.

How can you cancel or change a booking at Taxi-Austria.at?

 

If you want to change or cancel your booking, send at least 2 days in advance
an e-mail with your change requests or the cancellation of the order office@taxi-austria.at!
